Education sponsors gain recognition as the host of a "CHIT CHAT" program. OHITX is responsible for developing the topic and securing the speakers.

Procedures and Guides:

  • Sponsorship opportunities are accepted on a first-paid basis.
  • Signed contracts must be paid in full to receive sponsorship benefits.
  • In order to receive all of the entitlements listed, supporting organizations must provide the appropriate materials (logo, bio, etc.). If this information is not received by the deadline given for that particular program, organizations waive their rights to those missed benefits.
  • OHITX reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of supporting organizations, speakers, and topics.
  • Acceptance of an organization as a sponsor doesn not imply endorsement of the organizations' products or services in any way.
