Procedures and Guides:

• GIF or JPG Format. 

• Text alternative, 40 character minimum.

• Advertiser is required to supply all artwork in a timely fashion

• Artwork must adhere to all trademark and copyright laws.

• OHITX reserves the right to refuse advertising based on editiorial discretion.

• Acceptance of the advertising of a sponsor organization does not imply endorsement of the organizations' products or services in any way.

• Ads will be posted on the first day of the month.

• Signed contracts must be paid in full to receive sponsorship benefits.

• Advertising is positioned on a first-paid basis.

• OHITX offers a 20% discount for website advertising contracts lasting three-months in length.

• OHITX permits one ad change per month with a paid, extended contract.
